Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced RN with OB/Peds nursing background in Minnesota. The role requires staying current with patient care standards and procedures to support mom/baby, gynecology, and pediatric units.

You may be required to float to Med-Surg and Telemetry as needed, with ratios guiding patient assignments. Ideal candidates hold an active MN RN license and are certified in NRP, ACLS, and BLS, with PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent OB/Peds nursing experience.
• Must be willing to float to Med-Surg and Telemetry as needed (not frequent).
• Active MN RN license in hand; NRP, ACLS, BLS required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to Med-Surg and Telemetry as needed.
• Provide patient care in OB, pediatric, and gynecology units according to ratios and acuity.
