Job summary

TriState Health in Clarkston, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform patient care activities under the direction of physicians and midlevel providers. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, room preparation, and EMR documentation in accordance with policy.

Clinics experience is preferred, with licensure and BLS/CPR required on hire or orientation. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and compassionate care within a supportive community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Associate’s degree or better in nursing, required.
• Active Washington State RN license or Multistate License, required.
• Current American Heart Association’s BLS/CPR certification card on hire or within orientation period.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs under physician or midlevel provider direction.
• Advocate for patient care and comfort.
• Administer prescribed medications and prepare exam/ procedure rooms.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Document in the EMR according to policy and procedures.

Job description

Performs various patient care activities and related services in caring for the needs and comfort of patients under the direction of the physician or midlevel provider. RN duties include (but not limited to): assessing patients physical, psychosocial and behavior health needs; advocating for patient; administering prescribed medications, preparing exam room, procedure room, and assisting providers; documenting in the EMR according to TSH policy and procedures.

Education and Training:

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Associate’s degree or better in nursing, required.

Licensures/ Certifications:

• Active Washington State RN license or Multistate License, required.

Experience:

• Previous clinic experience preferred.
