Job summary

TriState Health in Clarkston, WA seeks an RN House Supervisor for weekend night shifts (6pm–6:30am). The role directs patient care, assigns staff by acuity, and supports administrative leadership across the facility. A minimum of 5 years acute care experience and leadership ability are required.

Compensation includes a $5.00 hourly differential and eligibility for a $1.00 BSN/MSN differential, with comprehensive benefits and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• PALS and ALS certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Job description

The schedule for this position is every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) night shift 6pm - 6:30am.

The RN House Supervisor supervises, directs and coordinates activities of patient care throughout the hospital on an assigned shift. Assigns department staff according to patient acuity and census. Provides additional administrative support in the absence of departmental managers facility-wide. Coordinates resources for patient care activities and provides guidance to personnel on duty. To accomplish this, excellence in delegating, decision making, critical thinking and effective communication is required.

The House Supervisor position includes a $5.00 hourly differential. Additionally, this position is eligible for the $1.00 BSN/MSN hourly differential.

Licensures/ Certifications:

• Current Washington State registered nurse license
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR
• PALS Certification
• ALS Certification

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience required
• Leadership experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:

Personal attributes to include ownership of actions, organized, open-minded, effective communicator, critical thinking, and ability to adapt. Skills to include strong basic nursing and the ability to coach and guide staff striving towards excellence in patient care.
