Corewell Health is seeking a part-time RN at Ludington Hospital to provide high-quality obstetric nursing care across antepartum, labor & delivery, and postpartum stages. You will work within an experienced team and follow ANA guidelines and Michigan regulations to ensure safety and compassionate family-centered care.
The role emphasizes assessment, planning, and evidence-based practice, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
Our 8-bed Obstetrics Unit, renovated in 2019, includes: 3 Labor & Delivery rooms 5 Postpartum rooms An experienced, stable team of 13–15 RNs The OB team is known for excellent Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, and Postpartum care. As the primary inpatient OB service for Mason County and surrounding communities, we serve families from areas including Cadillac, Lake County, and Oceana County.

Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described professionally by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. Demonstrates competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA. This includes ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization and environmental health. Strives to achieve optimal outcomes.
