CommuniCare Health Services' Lindside Healthcare Center seeks an RN Nursing Unit Manager to oversee nursing operations 24/7 with heart and empathy. The role focuses on ensuring patient-centered care and coordinating daily nursing activities to support residents and families.

Qualified candidates hold a West Virginia RN license and bring 2–5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in long-term care, to lead a compassionate, high-quality care team.
