Job summary

Lewisburg Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Nursing Unit Manager with heart, empathy, and a little extra love to provide to our patients. As Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in West Virginia.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience.
• Supervisory/management experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and leadership.
• Support and develop nursing staff to maintain quality care.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia
• 2 - 5 years
• Supervisory/Management experience
• Previous Long Term Care Experience
