Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a nursing leader at Dockside Health & Rehab Center, Locust Hill, VA. The role focuses on assessing needs, developing individualized care, and supervising nursing staff in a supportive environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30a–5:00p) with on-call nights and weekends, salary of $47.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO. Flexible pay options are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local standards and policies.
