Job summary

Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. You will assess residents, create care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise aides in a supportive SNF setting.

We offer on-demand or weekly pay options, generous PTO and benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Full-time shifts are 3:00 pm–11:00 pm with a pay rate of $45.00–$48.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state where you work.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care delivery.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure quality care in a SNF setting.
