Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group is hiring a licensed practical nurse for Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA. This is a nursing leadership role in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on care planning, supervising nursing staff, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
- Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license for the state you work in.
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and follow written/verbal instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff in the performance of duties.
- Ability to observe safety and sanitary techniques.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other staff delivering care.
- Follow health policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
