Job summary

ALSM's The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a part-time RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on the 3rd shift. You will supervise day-to-day activities, ensure care plans align with physician orders, and maintain a safe, compassionate resident environment.

Qualified candidates hold PA RN license, LTC experience preferred, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive rates up to $40/hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN program and a current PA license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day functions of nursing activities.
• Ensures care is provided per physician orders and residents’ plans.
• Completes rounds, daily resident visits, and shift reporting.
• Assigns staff to meet residents’ needs and updates care plans.
• Maintains supplies and participates in QA/QI processes.
