Job summary

Banner Rehabilitation Hospital West in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (12-hour) 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You will collaborate with a Nursing Assistant to manage patient care plans and ensure accurate documentation in EPIC.

Responsibilities include admissions/transfers, initial assessments, interpreting labs and telemetry, and timely order transcription. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• State RN license required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• On each shift, partner with a Nursing Assistant to manage a manageable case load and support patient goals.
• Receive admissions and transfers.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document accurately using EPIC.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Contribute to quality improvement.
• Educate patients and families.
