Qualifications

• RN license to practice in the applicable state
• Minimum of two years nursing experience and at least one year in a nursing leadership role
• Interest or experience in geriatrics and dementia care optional
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• English language proficiency at intermediate or higher level

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff during your assigned shift
• Provide clinical guidance and mentoring to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Coordinate resident care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to clinical issues and changing resident needs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Promote quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical oversight/foster a positive, collaborative work environment
