Qualifications

• State license as RN or LPN and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience and at least one year of leadership experience
• Interest or experience in geriatrics
• Current BLS/CPR
• Experience with dementia population desirable
• English language proficiency at intermediate or higher level

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care services across assigned units
• Conduct rounds and provide clinical support and guidance to staff
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
• Assist with admissions, evaluations, care planning, and resident oversight
• Support safe medication administration and treatment delivery
• Assist with staffing coordination and assignment adjustments
• Provide coaching and feedback to nursing staff
• Ensure documentation and workflows are correct
• Maintain CMS standards and regulatory compliance
• Participate in infection prevention and survey readiness
• Lead inter-disciplinary collaboration and team communication
• Promote a collaborative, respectful work environment
• Participate in QAPI and performance improvement efforts
