Job summary

Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Uniondale, NY is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will oversee the nursing department’s daily operations, support staff, and ensure residents receive exceptional care during the 11pm-7am shift.

The role requires an active New York RN license and at least 2 years of progressive long-term care experience, with leadership skills to foster a safe, professional, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care; leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the DON and ADON to manage nursing operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Ensure all nursing personnel adhere to their job descriptions and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
• Assist during facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and promote best practices in clinical care.
