Job summary

Evergreen Health and Rehab in Winchester, VA is seeking a Night Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead resident care on the night shift. This full-time role runs 9 pm–7 am Monday through Thursday and emphasizes hands-on supervision of nursing staff and personalized care plans.

You’ll collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being, uphold best practices, and deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Supervisory Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
