Job summary

Blossomsrnc is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing teams, coordinate resident care, and ensure adherence to standards across weekend shifts. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and operational efficiency in a resident-centered setting.

You will supervise nursing personnel, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help advance clinical care pathways while supporting a compassionate, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing with supervisory roles preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care and supervision of nursing staff.
• Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Implement plans consistently to meet resident-centered outcomes.
• Assist with discharge planning and family counseling as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to update care plans.

About the Opportunity:

As an RN Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care by supervising nursing personnel. Your coordination of care delivery, adherence to professional standards, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams will ensure our patients' needs are met effectively. Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor include:

• Ensuring the delivery of effective, quality, outcome-focused nursing care
• Collaborating with residents, responsible parties, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized plans of care
• Implementing the plan of care consistently and cost-efficiently, with a focus on resident-centered outcomes
• Utilizing all appropriate resources for resident/family/responsible party counseling and discharge planning
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share relevant information for changing the plan of care

Job Requirements:

• Possession of a valid unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred: experience with providing pain management and IV skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
