Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in healthcare.
• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Knowledgeable of long-term care laws and regulations.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and directing day-to-day Nursing Services operations.
• Interpret and communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practice.
• Participate in admission decisions and management meetings.
• Support quality assurance and performance improvement activities (QAPI).
• Ensure adequate staffing and patient safety across units; monitor budgets as needed.
• Oversee infection control and regulatory compliance.
