Pleasant Ridge Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Manager to lead the nursing team and drive quality initiatives. The role includes QI/Infection Control responsibilities, staff development, and ensuring dignified resident care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in staff development in long term care is desirable.
• Training certifications such as Train The Trainer are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee QI initiatives and infection control protocols.
• Coordinate staff development and training for nursing staff.
• Assess resident needs and revise care plans accordingly.
• Participate in on-call and unit rounds as needed.
