Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Maintain “Train The Trainer” certificate for STNA training.
• Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.

• Lead nursing team and manage QI and infection control initiatives.
• Oversee staff development and training programs.
• Collaborate with administration to maintain high quality resident care.
