Bedford Stuyvesant Family Health Center in Brooklyn seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to lead our outpatient clinic. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and MAs, ensure safe, high-quality care, and drive performance improvements. The role emphasizes staff development, training on the Electronic Health Record, workforce planning, and collaboration with management to meet quality goals. A NYS RN license and 5+ years of nursing, including leadership, are required.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN license and registration.
• Five years of professional nursing experience, including use of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsabilités

• Oversees day-to-day operations of RNs, LPNs and MAs to ensure safety and quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals and quality initiatives.
• Uphold nursing standards as defined by ANA Code of Ethics and Practice.
• Lead and mentor staff to promote professional growth and teamwork.
• Participate in performance improvement, research and quality initiatives.
