Job summary

Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn seeks an experienced outpatient nursing leader to oversee clinical operations in the primary care setting. You will supervise nursing staff, lead staff development, and drive quality and performance initiatives across the practice.

Required are NYS RN license and BSN with 3–5 years in nursing leadership in ambulatory care; MSN preferred. This full-time, on-site role follows a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule in New York.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NYS (required).
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership in outpatient/ambulatory primary care.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day outpatient clinical operations to ensure high-quality care.
• Provides supervision and guidance to nursing staff; leads team meetings and education.
• Participates in staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
