Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON in overseeing daily nursing department operations.
• Ensure nursing staff perform duties in alignment with job descriptions and professional standards.
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections by regulatory agencies.
• Conduct daily rounds of the Nursing Services Department.
• Review complaints and grievances and report to the Director of Nursing Services.
