West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term and rehabilitative setting.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate up to $38 with shift differentials, full-time hours, and a supportive, team-oriented work environment focused on resident dignity and safety. Active Florida RN licensure is required, with experience in skilled nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents' medical and psychosocial needs.
• Monitor residents' conditions, communicate changes, and document findings.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Advocate for residents with a resident-centered approach, dignity, and comfort.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines and state/federal regulations.
• Guide and support CNAs to promote a collaborative team environment.
