Job summary

Palm Garden is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead our professional development program for the West Palm Beach facility. You will train and mentor nursing and support staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality care delivery.

Applicants must hold an active RN license with 1–3 years of nurse supervisory experience in staff education, and familiarity with Point Click Care is a plus.

• Active and clear RN license.
• 1–3 years of nurse supervisory experience focused on staff education and development.
• Point Click Care experience is a plus.

• Assist with survey preparedness and regulatory compliance

What We Are Looking For

• Active and Clear RN license
• 1-3 years of Nurse Supervisory experience focused on staff education and development
• Point Click Care experience is a plus
