• Monitor and analyze infections; track data and trends.
• Collaborate with Facility Educator to provide education and training.
• Participate in facility surveys conducted by government agencies as needed.
• Assist with determining staffing needs and assign appropriate nursing staff per shift.
• Review nursing services policies and procedures at least annually.
