Job summary

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA seeks a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Float Pool (Resource Team).

This 36-hour/week, day shift (0630-1900) role floats between ICU, CVICU, and ICU Stepdown, offering a diverse and challenging experience with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Washington/MSL RN license.
• 1 year of ICU RN experience required.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Float across ICU, CVICU, and IMCU/stepdown units.
• Provide direct care to critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
