Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Float Pool on a full-time night shift (0.90 FTE). You will bring critical care expertise across multiple acute care settings, providing patient-centered care and acting as a clinical resource across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have ICU and/or Emergency Department experience, a current RN license, and BLS certification upon hire, with a minimum of two years in acute care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience.
• ICU and/or Emergency Department experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care.
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documenting patient care accurately and in accordance with established standards.
• Delegating and directing care appropriately based on team member competencies.
• Supporting quality, safety, infection prevention, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining professional excellence through ongoing education and development.

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong acute care background and ICU and/or Emergency Department experience to join our Nursing Float Pool on a full-time night shift schedule.

Hiring Bonus and Relocation Assistance may be available.

Pay Range: $42.96 - $79.55 per hour

Compensation is based on factors including experience, education, training, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and seniority.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• ICU and/or Emergency Department experience required
