PeaceHealth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Nursing Float Pool. This full-time night position provides care across multiple units within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. The role offers a generous pay range and opportunities for bonus and relocation assistance.

RN - Nursing Float Pool | Full-Time Nights (0.90 FTE)

PeaceHealth is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Float Pool team. This full-time night position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care across multiple units while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Pay Range: $45.78 - $82.98 per hour

Hiring rate is based on experience

Multiple openings may be available. This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

Hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be available.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• One year of RN experience in a non-acute setting or six months of acute care RN experience, or the ability to practice independently within the department

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to meet physical demands of patient care, including lifting, repositioning, and performing CPR

Department-Specific Certifications:

• Medical/Surgical Observation & Neurology: NIHSS required within 6 months
• Perioperative Services (Critical Access Hospitals): ACLS required within 6 months
