UW Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver didactic, laboratory, and clinical instruction for the Nursing Assistant Program in Madison, WI. Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1 year of inpatient RN experience and 1 year of RN or LPN long‑term care or Rehab experience required.
• 3 years of inpatient RN experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Registration as a professional nurse in Wisconsin upon hire required.
• Nurse Aide Program Primary Instructor in the State of WI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide didactic, laboratory, and clinical instruction for UW Health's Nursing Assistant Program.
• Guide, motivate, and inspire students in a respectful, inclusive learning environment.
• Evaluate student performance across classroom, lab, and clinical settings with meaningful feedback.
• Ensure course materials and clinical experiences align with Wisconsin DHS requirements and program objectives.
• Collaborate with the NA Program Manager and fellow instructors to improve program quality.
• Bring clinical nursing expertise to the classroom to prepare students for safe patient care.
