Job summary

Volare Health in Roseburg, Oregon, seeks a Nursing Assistant Primary Instructor (RN) to teach the NA course curriculum and supervise students in both the laboratory and clinical settings.

You will ensure OSBN compliance, support skill development, clinical reasoning, and professionalism, while coordinating with facility leadership to provide safe resident care and high-quality teaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Ability to meet OSBN requirements for NA instructors.

Responsibilities

• Teach the Nursing Assistant curriculum as directed by the NA Program Director.
• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate students in lab and clinical settings.
• Assist students in applying NA knowledge to resident care in long-term care facilities.
• Ensure OSBN program compliance and follow clinical site policies.
• Coordinate with facility staff to assign clinical experiences and learning activities.
• Maintain records and materials required for program and site reviews.
