Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license is required.
• Ability to meet OSBN requirements to serve as an NA instructor.

Responsibilities

• Teach the Nursing Assistant course curriculum as outlined by the NA Program Director.
• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate students in lab and clinical settings.
• Assist students in applying knowledge to care for residents in a long-term care facility.
• Ensure compliance with OSBN NA program requirements.
• Prepare for NA cohorts and coordinate scheduling of classes and clinical experiences.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to integrate core values and policies into the curriculum.
