Baptist Health's Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL seeks an RN Administrative Supervisor to lead nursing services on the 3rd shift, ensuring staffing, quality care, and operational efficiency.

As a member of the Nursing Service Management Team, you will model clinical leadership, adjust staffing by acuity, and act as a resource when directors are unavailable. Requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Competenze

• RN license required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and chemotherapy administration certification required.

• Ensure quality patient care by adjusting staffing to match worked hours per patient day and acuity.
• Serve as a role model and clinical resource for nursing staff.
