Job summary

Baptist Health in Montgomery, AL is seeking an RN for Night shift, full-time, at Baptist Medical Center East. Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending upon area.
• Ability to observe, assess and document work, safety and infection-control standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Accept additional duties within the scope of the role as assigned.
