Job summary

Baptist Health in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Part-time RN Shift Supervisor for the Emergency Department. You will support the Director by supervising daily department activities and ensuring delivery of quality patient care.

The role requires ADN/ASN with 4 years of staff nurse experience or BSN with 2 years, active RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) and four years of Staff Nurse experience, or BSN with two years in the department preferred.
• Active RN license required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily department activities and assist Director/Manager.
• Mentor and lead staff; coordinate and evaluate unit activities to ensure quality patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, guests, and coworkers; coordinate activities of supervised staff.
