Job summary

Baptist Health in Montgomery, AL is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor to support the Director/Manager by supervising daily department activities and mentoring the staff.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and education/experience as described; the shift is Second Shift, full-time, at Baptist Medical Center South.

You'll coordinate unit activities to deliver quality patient care, demonstrate leadership, and communicate effectively with patients, guests, and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required, BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing plus 4 years of staff nurse experience; Bachelor's in Nursing with 2 years preferred.
