The role includes taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and supporting patients and families while collaborating with department heads to maintain excellent clinical outcomes.

Formación

• Must hold a current RN license from the Georgia State Nursing Board.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication.
• Maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, department heads and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe and efficient management of a long-term care patient area and/or nursing department shift.
• Plan and direct activities of assigned staff and supervise quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in nursing care.
• Take and record resident vital signs and collect laboratory specimens as directed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
