Northridge Health & Rehab is seeking a RN Supervisor to lead nursing care teams and ensure high-quality patient care in a hospital/long-term care setting. You will assist the Director of Nursing in directing and evaluating patient care, developing individualized plans, and coordinating rehabilitation programs.

Ideal candidates have a Georgia RN license, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.

Qualifikationen

• RN nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Georgia RN license.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.

Aufgaben

• Direct, evaluate and supervise patient care under the Director of Nursing.
• Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Assess patients and recommend rehabilitation programs.
• Evaluate patient care in relation to physician plans and family involvement.
• Coordinate care planning and MDS process with committee meetings.
