Qualifications

• BSN required; five years of related nursing experience preferred.
• Currently licensed as RN by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Master's degree preferred; experience with the Nurse Family Partnership model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees recruitment and hiring of nurse home visitors and admin data staff.
• Provides reflective supervision and coaching to staff.
• Manages client caseload and assigns cases.
• Ensures adherence to NFP policies and model.
• Monitors data input and uses NFP reports.
• Develops reflective practice supervision and conducts field visits.
• Carries a client caseload as appropriate.
• Travel within Cullman, Blount, St. Clair, and Etowah counties.
