Responsibilities include staff recruitment, caseload management, and ensuring compliance with NFP standards. Requires BSN and current RN license; master’s degree preferred; travel within counties is required.

Qualificações

• BSN required; five years of related experience preferred.
• Current RN license or license by endorsement in Alabama.
• Master's degree preferred; experience with Nurse Family Partnership model desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide reflective supervision and support for nurse home visitors.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of staff and data support personnel.
• Ensure compliance with NFP policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assign and monitor nurse home visitor caseloads and supervision.
• Ensure completion of required education and adherence to NFP model.
• Develop and apply reflective supervision practices; conduct field visits and team meetings.
• Maintain timely data input and interpretation of reports; share insights with team.
• Carry a client caseload as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
