Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Alabama or eligible for endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide reflective supervision to nurse home visitors and staff.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and caseload management.
• Ensure adherence to NFP model, policies, and data reporting.
