PACS in Oklahoma is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities on each tour of duty. You will ensure compliance with current standards and regulations, and support the Director of Nursing in directing the nursing services department.

The role emphasizes maintaining current policies, coordinating with other resident services, and actively participating in quality assurance and discharge planning processes within the facility.

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Assist Director of Nursing (DON) and/or ADON in directing nursing services.
• Develop, maintain, and update written nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and followed by staff.
• Provide written and oral reports to the Director as needed.
• Review and update the resident discharge plan in cooperation with nursing staff.
• Plan nursing services portion of discharge plans with the Administrator.
• Participate in facility surveys and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
