Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking an experienced RN to join our leadership team as an Evening Supervisor. This full-time role oversees nursing operations during the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift, provides clinical leadership, and supports the nursing staff to ensure resident-centered care in a rehabilitation setting.

Qualified candidates will hold a Florida RN license and have prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Salary: $77,500 - $87,500 annually
