Job summary

The Rehabilitation Center of Orlando seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend shifts in Orlando, FL. Lead nursing staff, ensure adherence to care plans, and uphold regulatory standards to support resident well-being.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop comprehensive care strategies, mentor staff, and respond to emergencies with clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of long-term care or related clinical experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care in alignment with care plans and regulatory standards.

Shift: Saturday & Sunday | Days
Salary: $36–$43/hour
