Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of long-term care or related clinical experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities
