Salary: $77,500 – $87,500 per year
West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Evening Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will oversee evening nursing operations, support and mentor clinical staff, and help ensure the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

Lead, supervise, and support the evening nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and federal guidelines.
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to optimize daily clinical operations.
Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to maintain safe resident care.
Conduct rounds throughout the facility to assess resident needs and support nursing staff.
Address and elevate staff concerns or issues appropriately.
Assist with admissions and ensure new residents receive a smooth and welcoming transition.
Accompany physicians during rounds and assist with resident assessments and care planning.
Oversee medication administration and treatments to ensure accuracy and compliance with physician orders.
Provide direct nursing care when needed.
Participate in employee coaching, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
Support survey readiness efforts and assist during state and federal inspections.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of two (2) years of direct care experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, restorative, or geriatric nursing.
At least one (1) year of supervisory or nursing management experience preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
