Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a skilled RN to join us as an Evening Supervisor. This leadership role oversees nursing operations during the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift and mentors staff to maintain top-tier resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license and has prior supervisory or LTC experience, with strong clinical assessment and communication skills to support residents and families in a patient-centered environment.

Schedule: Full-Time | Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Salary: $77,500 – $87,500 annually

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to join our team as an Evening Supervisor. This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care while supporting and guiding our nursing staff during evening operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing department operations during the evening shift.
