Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, days). Lead nursing staff and ensure care plans and regulatory standards are met while delivering compassionate resident care.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate, Florida RN license, CPR, and at least 2 years in long-term care or similar settings, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Florida.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of long-term care or related clinical experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care in alignment with care plans and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and delegate assignments based on staff skills and resident needs.
• Mentor, coach, and provide ongoing training for nursing team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Lead emergency response efforts with confidence and clinical expertise.
• Perform other duties as needed to support smooth facility operations.
