BAYADA Home Health Care is excited to offer the Nurse Residency Program for recent nursing graduates with a valid nursing license. The program provides paid training, flexible scheduling after a training period, and weekly pay, all while delivering one-on-one nursing care.

This unique program enables new graduates to thrive in their nursing careers by offering around-the-clock clinical support, advanced simulation labs, and a close-knit team environment that encourages ongoing learning and skill

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in U.S.
• CPR certification in good standing.

The Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for recent nursing graduates with a passed NCLEX and licensure in the United States.

BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC)!

Pay: $27-$29/hr (day shifts); $28-30/hr (evening/overnight shifts)

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
