Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care offers a Nurse Residency Program for recent nursing graduates who have passed the NCLEX and hold a U.S. nursing license. This is the only paid new graduate residency in home care accredited by ANCC.

Pay starts at $28–$30/hr for day shifts and $29–$31/hr for overnights/weekends. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and more, with ongoing training and support after the 6-week program.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients.
