BAYADA Home Health Care offers a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with NCLEX scheduling or passed in the United States. This is the only paid, new graduate residency in home health to earn ANCC accreditation.

Residents receive paid training with shadowing, weekly pay, and a flexible schedule after a 6-week training period. All applicants must hold a U.S. nursing license and have graduation from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduate from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 6-week training program with supervision.
• Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients.
• Shadow and learn from experienced nurses during residency.
• Utilize electronic charting with Statewise and maintain accurate records.
